　　滕州市水務局以安全標準化為重點，以規范化服務為準則，以群眾滿意為目標，高境界定位，高標準運作，高起點創新。

　　一、以理念導入為切入點，創建安全標準化管理

　　制定了水務安全標準化、運行管理制度化、服務承諾具體化、工程管理規范化、安全管理數字化、安全裝備系列化、作業牌板統一化、安全監控信息化、現場環境整潔化和安全文化人本化等安全標準化建設體系。安全教育輻射到的各個單位、部位，使干部職工時時處處感受到強烈的安全標準化的氛圍，促進了大家工作養成安全標準的習慣。

　　二、以強抓嚴管為根本點，創新安全標準化管理機制

　　1、行為達到精確化。辦事程序和服務承諾內容做到安全標準化，干部職工從小事做起，從細節抓起，一言一行都按標準執行。

　　2、管理制度精確化。制定了水務局安全標準化工作制度，落實到了各層次、各部位。

　　3、考核精確化。安全標準化考核細化量化到每一單位、每一事、每一人。精確考核獎懲，強化了激勵和約束機制。

　　三、以科技創新為著力點，強化安全標準化建設

　　1、加大了安全標準化資金投入，完善基礎設施建設。做到統籌兼顧，專款專用，保證安全生產，提高服務質量。

　　2、加速了技術更新改造，確保安全效益發展。改造更新設備，提高使用性能，使安全質量標準化工作與經營效益得到雙羸。
